How we are managing Coronavirus as a business
We pride ourselves on our standard of client care. This includes keeping you safe during Coronavirus, while still offering the same standard of advice and support. We are also committed to providing a safe and comfortable workplace for our team during the pandemic.
We confirm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19.
Remote appointments
We offer advice remotely by videocall or, if you prefer, by phone. This is something we always have offered for convenience, but it has been particularly helpful for avoiding transmission during this pandemic.

Office appointments
Due to current restrictions, we are offering limited appointments in person. Please get in touch if you would like to meet in person.
Steps we have taken to work together safely:
We have carried out a COVID-19 Coronavirus risk assessment and shared the results with our whole team.
We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene facilities and procedures in line with guidance.
We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work safely. As before the pandemic, our employees are given the choice whether they prefer working from home or in the office. For those working in our office, we have followed government guidelines on reducing the spread of coronavirus
We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace and ensure an airflow throughout the office.
Where people cannot keep 2m apart we have ensured at least a 1m distance and taken all the mitigating actions possible to manage transmission risk.
