Ian spoke to the i Paper about the battle between employees who want to work from home and the employers who want them back in the office.
The i Paper looked at the rise in employment tribunals mentioning remote working (from 6 in 2019 to 42 in 2022) and the reasons employers are turning against home-working.

Ian talked about the new legislation for flexible working requests, what impact this will have and the difficulty of challenging an employer's decision. He also explains why he decided to make Spencer Shaw itself a flexible, hybrid employer.
