Ian spoke to People Management Magazine about the tribunal findings in Lingard v Leading Learners Multi Academy Trust. 
The tribunal found that Lingard had been constructively dismissed by the school, whose behaviour was described by the judge as "aggressive, hostile and unsupportive" and "totally unreasonable." 
 
Ian advised about the implied term of trust and confidence in every employment contract, and how employers can manage concerns about capability to reduce the risk of claims.
