We're shortlisted for:
Company Culture - Celebrating a UK law firm that has cultivated a positive, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture. Whether through sustainability initiatives, ESG commitments, or outstanding workplace wellbeing, the winning firm will demonstrate how its values drive employee engagement, client trust, and long-term success.
Boutique Law Firm of the Year (1-10 employees) - Honouring a boutique UK law firm (1–10 employees) known for exceptional expertise, client care and agility. The winning firm will demonstrate how a dedicated team delivers outstanding results through deep knowledge and personalised service.
Business Growth Award - Celebrating a legal services business that has achieved exceptional growth over the past 18 months, while also improving client service and profitability. The winning business will embody a dynamic, entrepreneurial spirit that drives success and innovation in the legal industry.
These are national awards and we're up against some big competition, including Irwin Mitchell and Myerson Solicitors. It's an honour to be selected in so many categories alongside such respected firms.
The Modern Law Awards were established in 2013 to celebrate excellence and innovation in the legal industry. The awards are run by Modern Law Magazine, which provides a gold standard of thought leadership through continued work with Associations such as the Law Society, SRA and Legal Ombudsman. We won the Award for Client Care (1-25 employees) in 2024, and were finalists for the same award in 2023 and 2025. We were also shortlisted for Boutique Law Firm of the Year (1-10 employees) in 2025.
The ceremony takes place on 29th April at The Belfry golf course.
