We’d like to welcome the newest member of our growing team, solicitor Dhani Bains, who joined us on 14th October.
Dhani began working in the legal sector in 2005 and qualified as a solicitor in 2011, having gained extensive legal experience in a variety of roles. Since qualifying Dhani has worked in both the public and private sector in Debt Recovery, Dispute Resolution and most recently Civil Litigation.

Outside of work, Dhani plays tennis and enjoys reading and travelling.

Dhani says “After returning to work from maternity leave, I was keen to find a balance between my career and my family life. Spencer Shaw Solicitors was the perfect fit, due to a focus on flexibility. The team have been really welcoming, and I already feel like I’ve settled in well.”

Neal Atwell, Director of Business Development at Spencer Shaw Solicitors, said “We have seen that by offering our employees a balance between their careers and their life outside of work we attract some of the best talent in the sector, and Dhani is no exception. With her range of experience and her passion for what she does, she is going to be a valuable member of the team.”
