We’d like to welcome the newest member of our team, solicitor Nazia Khan, who joined us on 13th January.
Nazia began her career as a Barrister in 1999 before cross-qualifying as a Solicitor in 2004. Her wide range of experience includes grievances, redundancies, settlement agreements discrimination and harassment claims as well as advising on employment due diligence in corporate transactions.
Outside of work, Nazia enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks and enjoying the English countryside, baking and switching off with a good book.
Nazia says “I was attracted to Spencer Shaw Solicitors’ supportive and flexible working environment. The company’s values – making the legal process simple and relating to clients in a way they understand – felt like the perfect fit for the way I work.”
Neal Atwell, Director of Business Development at Spencer Shaw Solicitors, said “We’re excited to have Nazia on board to respond to growing demand. With businesses greatly affected by Coronavirus, it’s more important than ever that both employers and employees receive prompt, clear and empathetic advice. We have no doubt that Nazia’s varied experience and passion for her work will make her an asset to our team and our clients.”
