Spencer Shaw Solicitors started with Ian Jones working as a sole practitioner in 2007. Since then, he has built a highly qualified team who share his commitment to providing clear advice with an excellent level of service. While you will always have one key solicitor, we often work collaboratively as a team to ensure you receive the benefit of all our combined experience.

IAN JONES Director and Principal Solicitor
Ian qualified as a solicitor in 1991, and founded Spencer Shaw Solicitors in 2007.
NAZIA KHAN Senior Solicitor
Nazia qualified as a solicitor in 2004, having previously been a barrister.
SUKHII GARCHA Senior Litigation Executive
Sukhii completed her training as a barrister in 2019, and has since worked in employment litigation.
TASHOI REID Legal Assistant
Tashoi graduated with a Law degree in 2015, and joined Spencer Shaw in 2017.
SAHRA KHAN Legal Assistant
Sahra graduated with a Law degree in 2020, and joined Spencer Shaw in 2022.

NEAL ATWELL Director of Business Development
Neal joined Spencer Shaw in 2016, after retiring from Suffolk Police as a Chief Inspector.
LAURA ROLLASON Business Development Manager
Laura graduated with a masters' degree in Law in 2012, and previously worked in communications.
HOLLY ASHWORTH Legal Cashier
Holly has experience as a Cashier and Office Manager in legal and finance businesses.
