NEAL ATWELL DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 

Neal is a Director of Spencer Shaw Solicitors and is responsible for helping the business deliver excellent service to its clients.  

 

Neal spent 30 years working in Suffolk Police, retiring as a Chief Inspector in 2011. He then retrained as a Leadership Coach, and spent time volunteering as a Trustee and trainer helping young people and entrepreneurs. He became a Director of Spencer Shaw Solicitors in 2016.  

 

Neal uses his organisational skills and experience in policing to ensure that we deliver an excellent service to our clients. He has a particular enthusiasm for using technology to make the work we do more efficient and accessible to our clients. 

 

Outside of work Neal is a keen golfer. He also enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, and exploring the countryside with his labrador Ruby.  

 

Neal works on Tuesdays, splitting his time between the office and working remotely.
