NEAL ATWELL NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Neal joined Spencer Shaw Solicitors as a Director in 2016, helping the business deliver excellent service to its clients.

Neal used his experience from 30 years working in Suffolk Police, after retiring as a Chief Inspector in 2011. He then retrained as a Leadership Coach, and spent time volunteering as a Trustee and trainer helping young people and entrepreneurs.

Neal retired from operational duties with Spencer Shaw in August 2025 to spend his time golfing and with his family, including four grandchildren.
