Event: Retention of Women in Law

Ian will be a panel member at the event, hosted by Birmingham Law Society.

The event, hosted by the President of the Law Society, Tony McDaid, and Rebecca Mander, Senior Leadership Coach, the event will discuss how firms can overcome the challenges that impact the careers of women in the legal sector.

Ian has been asked to speak due to his approach at Spencer Shaw, which has attracted a mostly female team with great retention rates. He will be speaking alongside:
