Ian kicks off his charity triathlon

We're off! Ian has completed the first two challenges of his epic charity triathlon.
He began on March 26th with a very wet, windy 112km cycle around Worcester, including 1,700 metres of climbing. Ian completed the cycle in 6 and a half hours. Then on April 1st he hiked 50km around Windsor, finishing in just under 9 hours.
After an exhausting two weeks, he has a bit of a break now before his next challenge on 13th May. Ian will be walking 100km along the Jurassic Coast, walking throughout the night to complete it in one go. His last 100km trek took just under 24 hours to complete.
All of this is to raise money for Edward's Trust, an incredible local bereavement charity supporting families across the West Midlands.
But this has just been a warm up, as Ian still has 3 big events to come - two 100km hikes and a 3km swim. There's still time to join Ian for one or more of his upcoming challenges:
