Did you see our Principal Solicitor, Ian Jones, on BBC Midlands Today?
Ian was approached by the BBC for a comment on employees' rights during a takeover.

The piece in question was about a group of workers as Vesta CNC in Walsall who have not been paid in 5 weeks after a new director took over the company. As they have not officially been made redundant or dismissed, the workers are in limbo.

While we can't give specific advice without examining the individual case, BBC asked Ian for a comment in general on workers rights, and what action employees can take to recover unpaid wages. The filmed piece appeard on BBC Midlands Today on 9th February. Ian was then interviewed on BBC Radio WM Breakfast show on 10th February.
