Spencer Shaw Solicitors is 15!

This year Spencer Shaw is celebrating 15 years in business!
Spencer Shaw was founded in 2007 by our Director and Principal Solicitor, Ian Jones. He felt communication was not prioritised enough in the larger firms he had worked at, and that a more personal approach was needed. After losing his father, felt it was time to take the leap and set up a firm doing things the way he wanted to.
From Ian working as a sole practitioner, we have grown as a firm but maintained his original vision and approach. Ian focussed on building a team of experienced solicitors who not only know about employment law but share his committment to excellent service. From our consistently positive reviews it seems to have been a successful approach.
We now work with individuals and companies of various sizes from all around England and Wales.
It's also a good time to thank Carina Jheeta, Ron Pearce, Oliver Sanderson and Dhani Bains. Though they have now moved on to other firms (or retirement) they all played an important part in getting Spencer Shaw to where it is today and are an essential part of our history.
We are now looking forward to the next 15 years!
