Ian spoke to People Management about the finding, which touched on whistleblowing, processes and constructive unfair dismissal.
The claimant had resigned following the charity's repeated failure to pay him, and other staff, on time. He was awarded £20,064 for constructive dismissal. However, his claim for whistleblowing failed as there was no proven link between his disclosure and the failure to pay him on time.

The charity was criticised for it's "shambolic" organisation which created "utter confusion."
