We are now Lexcel accredited

Lexcel is the Law Society's legal practice quality mark, promoting excellence in client service and practice management. 

 

Spencer Shaw Solicitors was found to have ‘notably exceeded the basic requirements’ in all seven areas assessed: structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, client care, and file and case management. Feedback from the Law Society showed no major or minor non-compliances, and no areas for improvement. 

 

Law Society feedback said, “It was apparent that Spencer Shaw Solicitors strive to provide ’excellent’ client care.”
