Ian spoke to People Management about Kalkan v TFC Holdings London.
Kalkan's wife worked for a charity that rented a property from TFC Holdings. When the charity fell into arrears, TFC withheld Kalkan's salary to cover the rent. Kalkan only received his wages after refusing to work.

Despite being paid eventually, the tribunal held that withholding his wages was a fundamental breach of contract and amounted to unfair dismissal.
